Lorraine is a native Alaskan living in Anchorage. She has been involved with small businesses most of her life and is presently co-owner of an importing business called “The Natural Source.” Her studies have included astrology, tarot card readings, past life regressions, channeling and healing.
I first heard about Avatar® in the summer of 1991,
when traveling through Sedona with my business partner and companion. Daniel
and 1 both wanted to take the course, but could we afford it?
We
agreed that if only one of us could, it would be Daniel (I see now that was a perfect
reflection of my belief in my own unworthiness); however we created sufficient
income to allow both of us to take Avatar.
What
did I want to gain? I wanted to be decisive and not be afraid of making a wrong
decision. A bad business decision can mean failure and I was afraid of failing.
Failure would prove my unworthiness. I also had created so much tension in my
back and neck that it resulted in constant pain and severe hair loss. My long,
thick hair was coming out by handfuls!
With
Avatar, I discovered and faced my fears. Now I know that no business decision
is inherently good or bad in itself rather, each decision creates the
opportunity to experience a unique reality. I am able to learn from all of my
experiences, because I am able to appreciate them for what they are. I no
longer have to prove myself to others. As a result, I have greater confidence
and thus better management.
During
one short, painless process in the course, almost all of the tension in my body
disappeared! The next day I slouched for the first time in many months! It
felt great to have that flexibility again.
Our
business continues to grow and flourish, my body is strong and supple, and my
hair is once again thick and Cull. The tools I received in Avatar are mine to
keep and polish.
