Prior to Avatar, Lorena Monguzzi worked as an architect and was deeply involved with a variety of meditation techniques, Eastern philosophies, psychotherapy, healing and energy work. Currently she delivers AvatarŪ in Italy.
I have been involved in the world of growth and
spirituality for the last 15 years. I had tried everything I could find:
seeking, searching, longing for that something that seems impossible to find. I
had interesting times and many deep realizations. I peeled many layers and met
hundreds of people.
But
that something was always missing. I never felt at home.
I

doing the course in December 1992, I have been waking up in the morning with
tears of joy in my eyes and a sense of bountifulness in my heart.
