Heidi, mother of four, has been a language teacher for several years. Since 1992, she has been delivering Avatar in Gockhausen, near Zurich in Switzerland, where she lives. AJ: How did you come to find Avatar?
Heidi: There was a point when I thought I had achieved the main goals of my life. My children didn't need me 24 hours a day, so I wanted to reconnect again with the outside world. I got very much involved in theological training to work with children. During that time I experienced a lot of criticism with which I couldn't cope. This kind of situation was very familiar, and I had really had enough of it!
Then a friend recommended Avatar to me. Immediately I felt attracted although Avatar was not very well known nine years ago in Switzerland. But I knew intuitively that I wanted to attend this course.
AJ:
How did your lift change after Avatar?
Heidi: I was so much more relaxed and felt so much happier. For a long time I was very impressed and spent time integrating Avatar into my daily life. It was stunning how quickly some of my goals started to manifest. Although my daily routine with four kids didn't change, my life was so much more exciting and fulfilling.
Everything seemed new. Six months later I went to Amsterdam to my first Master Course, and I decided to deliver The Avatar Course to others. The big gain of the course was that I could
end my restless, decades long searching. From that time on I was able to live and create deliberately. This is what I have done since January of 1992, and it is still so exciting!
AJ:
What was helpful on your path?
Heidi: For sure my own perseverance! Also my children, my husband and strangely enough my horse. They were each in their own way my teachers and contributed in various ways to my becoming more and more myself. I am very grateful to them all.
AJ: What do you feel is special about Avatar?
Heidi: The complete honesty and frankness from a to z.
AJ: What is your most interesting or memorable experience since delivering Avatar?
Heidi: Although each Avatar course is a wonderful novel experience, the first course with my children impressed me the most.

What do you feel is your role in assisting planetary transformation?
Heidi: That's a good question! In earlier years I thought my contribution was to buy biological
food to support the earth, to drive as little as possible so as to pollute the air as little as possible.
But the source of these actions was my own strong despair. My real predictions for the planet and for humanity were not rosy.
Today I see it in a different way, and you know what? I am still buying biological food, having a rich garden and leaving my car very often at home-because I like it! The world has brightened for me, and the people around me
have become much friendlier. Did I become brighter and friendlier? Is this the key to the transformation on this planet? Could it really be so simple?
AJ:
How do you see your future?
Heidi: I will continue to inspire people for Avatar, and I will continue to get to know myself better. With great pleasure. I will continue connecting more and more to the worldwide network of Avatars.

Hye-Joung studied Japanese literature while attending university. There she was first introduced to the spiritual world through Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa

AJ: How did you come to find Avatar?
Hye-Joung: My marriage life was a frustrating one because as a housewife I could not continue my spiritual pursuits. One day an old friend came to visit and told us of his Avatar experience. He said, "My seeking is over." After I did The Avatar Course my life found the right track and I could restart myself.
AJ:
How did your life change after Avatar?
Hye-Joung: Whenever I recall my life before Avatar, it
feels as if I'm recalling a very old past life. I was an outsider, away from real life, struggling with despair, and I wanted to escape from the "sea of pain," which is how a Buddhist refers to life. However, after I was introduced to Avatar, I found creative power inside with which I could live deliberately, and I realized what love is all about. Sometimes I go up and down even now, but I know it also is my creation, and I can just love and appreciate it.
AJ: What do you feel is special about Avatar?
Hye-Joung: Avatar taught me how I can integrate with everything in love and to recognize that I cannot be contained in description. I realized that I am not this small ego. Everything, inside and outside, in a way is my creation.
AJ:
What is your most interesting or memorable experience delivering Avatar?
Hye-Joung: Delivering Avatar is a good path for my own growth,
and integrating with the many friends I meet on this path is a very precious experience. It is so nice that these two can be aligned so beautifully.
AJ:
What do you feel is your role in assisting planetary transformation?
Hye-Joung: Facing this question, I feel I have to be more awake
about my planetary role. It was in my brain rather than in my heart. I am now watching this planet with
a loving heart, full of appreciation.
Marcel Sanders is an Avatar Master and Wizard living in The Netherlands. He has a MBA and a back ground in psychology and philosophy. After a short scientific career leading several educational projects on identifying and nurturing gifted children, he

AJ: How did you come to find Avatar?
Marcel: Since I was about 12 my main field of interest has been the exploration of human potential, in the broadest sense. Starting with the reading of many esoteric books I soon became involved with different forms of meditation, yoga, bodywork, therapy, and personal transformation. I visited many great places and teachers. When
I first heard about Avatar I was somewhat skeptical. It just sounded too good and too simple. After reading Harry Palmer's first book
Creativisim I didn't understand all the words, but I just knew this was for me. The big changes I saw in my friends who took the course helped me to take the next step. Looking back I saw that everything I had done so far had its value, but Avatar was by far the most complete and powerful way, with all the pieces coming together and making it one whole.
AJ:
How did your life change after Avatar?
Marcel: The most confronting part of the course was experiencing that I am fully responsible for every aspect of my life. Of course I had known this for a long time, but really experiencing it was something different. No excuses left, no way out, nothing and no one to blame anymore. I had definitely reached a point of no return. Hence I tend to divide my life into
before and after Avatar. Since I took the first course my life has become much lighter, richer, and more fulfilling. My insights in life, consciousness, and humanity continue to deepen, and so does my gratitude for this gift of my life, as one of my students put it.
AJ:
What do you feel is special about Avatar?
Marcel: Where do I start? Looking back at all the roads I have traveled so far, Avatar is for me the most pure, complete, practical,
effective, deep-going, and far- reaching approach I have ever encountered. It is clearly not for seekers, but for people who really want to find. The way in which Avatar is delivered is unique too. From day one you are being held fully responsible for choosing your own pace, goals, themes, and beliefs. Although deeply rooted issues are being
handled, the Avatar Master will at no point play roles like helper, problem solver, therapist, or advisor. I am happy when at the end of the course a student concludes "The Masters were nice, but I did it all by myself."
With every course, I am astonished by the speed and effectiveness of the changes that take place. After a lifetime of fixed patterns and years of therapy, we see people flowering and making a fresh start within a week's time.
AJ: What is your most memorable experience since delivering Avatar?
Marcel: My first student awakening to her full potential, and
the next one, and everyone still to come. Nothing compares to the shared tears of joy and gratitude
at this beautiful moment: present in the here-now, still and fully alive, shining with greatness, yet full of modesty, excited without expectations, ready and open for a grander future.
AJ: What do you feel is your role in assisting planetary transformation?
Marcel: I think it all starts with living it in my own life, being appreciative for all the moments when I lose track, or when I lack compassion for what I see happening in my environment. In short, as the title of
Harry Palmer's latest book says, "Love Precious Humanity." From there I welcome everyone who would like to add more quality to his or her life and play a bigger game. I committed myself to introduce Avatar to the corporate world, making work fun, people responsible and using their full potential. In The Netherlands we founded an organization for co-operating Avatar Masters, offering them professional support in our shared goal: enlightening our planet by offering this beautiful course.
