Nyt Aspekt

Nyt Aspekt (New Aspects) is a magazine from Denmark that seeks  to inform its public about new ways of thinking and living. It has been in print since 1983 and has its beginnings rooted in the area of self development courses based on the works of the Danish philosopher Martinus. Over the years Nyt Aspekt has become the place to go when you want serious information on spiritual science, personal growth, alternative ways of living and holistic treatment.

In May of this year Nyt Aspekt chose to do feature article on ReSurfacing® and Avatar. Three people, who are at various points along the Avatar path, were interviewed: Ellen Sjostedt, a Master and Wizard from Tisvildeleje, Per Gaarde-Nissen, an Avatar Master also from Tisvildeleje, and Lisbeth Norup, an Avatar from Birkeröd.

Some of the topics discussed were: beliefs, experience, the structure of The Avatar Course, being aware, being source, and the integration of belief systems. Also included were two exercises, from ReSurfacing, Releasing fixed attention, and from Living Deliberately, a filtering exercise.
